About this Guide
Keep Moving!
I don’t know about you, but I am spending WAY too much time on the computer these days. If it wasn’t for shooting videos on location for this course, I’m not sure I would ever be moving. Classes and work are important, but health always needs to come first or other aspects of our lives fall apart. Hopefully this Guide’s media piece give you an excuse to get (safely) outdoors. If we were together on a campus, we would be walking for 10 minutes each hour or so between classroom buildings. Even if this now means getting up and walking in circles around a room, we need to keep moving!
