About this Guide
Motivation
This week Mark and I have been thinking about ways to stay healthy and motivated now that the northern hemisphere is heading into winter. Ideas have largely been about getting outside and keeping moving, taking advantage of available sunlight (with skin & eye protection), seeing people safely, and eating well. This is always a tricky part of the term, midterm exams are arriving in many courses (not this one!) and stress levels can rise as we are cooped up inside. Be good to yourself, reward motivation in small, but deliberate ways.
