Short-Term Media

Introduced in Disturbance & Succession section of this guide:
Changes in Nature

Document three changes you are observing in nature.  It could be three things around a theme like changing plants, three things on the same time scale (daily, seasonal,  sudden disturbance, or long-term succession), or a mix of changes that are not necessarily related.  It could also be about human responses to natural changes, like documenting cleaning up a fall garden or the ways people respond to a weather event.

You can make a photo story, a collection of written observations, video, etc.  This could be a good addition to your final portfolio, as an environmental biology, skill, or connection; depending on how you approach the assignment.  Basically if you make this substantial, you are filling in another of the nine learning outcomes.

You are turning in documented evidence of three changes you are observing in nature.  This is your original work, make it count!
